Anyway, yeah, I haven't recovered from my MUST-BUY-TONS-AND-TONS-OF-MUSIC fever.

But I'm off work for three whole days (weekend days too!) so I'm really...happy about that.

I bought an orange and white striped Converse shirt today. It makes me very very happy.

On top of that, I found awesome combat boots at Hot Topic that were like 75% off. That also made me very very happy.

I really do have more to my life than spending money. I'm just a bit obsessed at the moment because I've been strapped for cash for so long and this is the first time I've had any real spending money in about six months.

But yeah, I'll try to talk about something else besides clothes and music now...

I've been doing a lot of stuff to my room lately. It's delightfully overbusy now. I'm planning on making a facebook album so hopefully I'll be able to link to pictures from there soon.

Oh, and my internet was down since last Tuesday so I'm trying to get caught up now.

Yep yep, so here I am...uploading a few things and trying to update this journal.

I finally got a job a couple of weeks back. And yeah...things have been crazy. I'm carpooling back and forth to work with peoples on different shifts, so even when I'm not working I'm wandering around the city on foot waiting til time to work.

Anyhoo, it's keeping me rather busy and away from the computer (no libraries in walking distance).

So yeah, my sketchbook also makes my bag weigh that much more so I really haven't been drawing that much lately either. And when I do, it's just been really...random.

Anyway, it's kind of nice to be working again. I'm meeting a lot of really interesting people and drowning in humanity and all the wonderfulness that accompanies it.

And I started my new job yesterday. I refuse to let myself scream "I hate retail!!!" just yet. I've screamed that for a year and I'm determined to stay as positive as possible about this... again.

I think I'm going to keep applying at places in the hopes of finding something better. Having a couple of different part time jobs would be nice for some variety anyway. One nice thing about where I'm working is I'll be able to pick up a lot of shifts and stuff.

So yeah, anyway...I've got some more stuff to upload, I just did a bunch at one time so I was trying to spread it out so I don't flood everyone's watch lists all at once.
